Monitor Test Hub provides a free, browser-based suite of hardware diagnostic instruments for evaluating computer displays and touchscreen digitizers. The Service operates entirely client-side and requires no account registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Monitor Test Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Diagnostic results are intended for informational and benchmarking purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate for all hardware configurations.
4. Non-Medical Disclaimer
Monitor Test Hub is a hardware engineering and calibration utility. None of the content, tools, scores, or outputs provided by the Service constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use any test results from this Service as the basis for medical or health decisions. If you have concerns about your vision or eye health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MONITOR TEST HUB AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any proprietary elements of the Service without express written permission. Open-source components retain their original licenses.
